Getting FB Likes For My Luxury Lodge Fan Page? (4)
Hello hello!
I've been running this business for well over a year now. Things are going well using PPC, but I've kind of ignored FB. I have found that similar lodges have a high activity on their FB pages and feel that could be a great activity for sales. However I have zero experience running FB ads to promote FB likes. There seems to be a million and one ways to generate likes e.g sponsored stories, contests, generic fb ads, surveys, content. I'm unsure which way to go.
Does anyone have any good tips on how to generate targeted FB likes?

You'll pay less for likes... And you can specifically target likes in the advert setup.
Basically just use your copywriting wizardry and run ads at your demo.
For ads like this you could use the broad categories: "returned from holiday 1 week ago" ("2 weeks ago" is also an option) so you're targeting travelers 
then combine some specific interest targeting to further drill down on your demo (affluent types?)
^^ That's an awesome idea, didn't take notice of that targeting.

the targeting is the key.... who are you wanting to target?
the ad would say something like:
Like ____?
Then click "LIKE" now.
get them on your fan page
then use that basically as an email list.
make offers.
yours
cpa offers.
etc.
this should be a piece of cake for someone with your skill level. :-)
