TrafficVance - start with US or INTL?

Gonna deposit 1k into TV so what do you guys suggest starting with? I've been doing PPV since 3-4 years now but only recently started taking it seriously. The only other source I've had a little success is LeadImpact - huge volume in USA but damn cheap pops internationally.
Not sure about TrafficVance.

Suggestions

I would start with tightly targeted campaigns in US. Even though the pops might be a bit more expensive, you know that if you get it right, it is scalable. Good luck sir!
