Hey Guys,
It seems that inmobi makes you set a campaign URL... How do you add your ad token to track your individual ads performance?
ie. how do i add &ad=banner.jpg
Bc, i cant find a way to actually add it..
When uploading banners there's a tracking URL option at the end that you need to check. Paste your tracking URL there.
ahh, so i put the entire URL? Not the ad=banner.jpg like they show?
You put the entire URL without the creative ID when setting up an ad zone and then add "ad=banner.jpg" in the tracking URL field for each creative, e.g. http://www.trackingsystem.com/tracki...w=&c1=__si__cb in the ad zone URL and then you put &c2=ad1 in tracking URL for a specific creative.
i did that before and none of my clicks are really showing...

And in my affiliate network it shows that i only got 1 click, this is direct linked so it should be all the clicks going to the offer....
From the screenshot you posted it looks like you didn't use the correct variable to pass ID of the creative. Your affiliate network shows clicks, it just shows them as "missing" instead of the ad name because you messed something up with the link. Did you use the correct variable to pass ID of the creative? E.g. it can be "c1=" for STM tracker or "creative=" for MobAff. If you aren't using any tracker it should be something like "aff_sub=" for HasOffers or "#s1#" for Cake. Can you post your tracking URL (just change URL and numbers to something else) and what tracker do you use?
Here is my link... Im using imobitrax
http://myserver.info/click.php?c=xx&...t2k3eyrn0&ad=1
I think i got it...
I changed how i did it after your initial post...
So in the adgroup, my links look like this.
http://myserver.info/click.php?c=xx&...5knv5t2k3eyrn0
And then in each ad i add "&ad=ad1", 2, etc...
Im hoping this is right....
Exactly, that's how it should be. Your link should be without "&ad=ad1" in the ad group URL and then you add "&ad=ad1" in tracking code for each creative. If "ad" is proper variable for imobitrax (I don't know it) then it should work.
