Scaling Adult Mobile Campaign

After a ton of testing and optimizing, I finally got profitable campaign with mobile adult in AU. (I'm crossing my fingers that the quality is solid.)

My next step is to scale this mothafucker

For those of you doing volume with adult/mobile, what are some ways to do this?

Here are some ideas I had...

-- Increase bids/budgets
-- Duplicate the campaign on the same traffic source
-- Scale to new traffic sources
-- Ask for a pay bump

Anything else?

Also, how do you optimize your bids? Do you change up your bids and keep track of volume/ROI/profit on a daily basis?

And finally, what would be a realistic profit goal to aim for Australia? I'm thinking $1K per day should be doable.

Definitely ask for a pay bump - and ask how many conversions you'll need to get a pay bump from the offer owners too.

Australia you can do mid x,xxx a day mate.

There are more sources then you can keep up with. I would pay attention to large changes like that instead of smaller things like changing bids daily, and duplicating campaigns on the same source.

Final thing, make sure you keep in the communication lines open regarding your quality. You can lower your risk of being thrown off the offer by running over a few aff networks.

AU is one of those markets on adult that convert like crazy.

Too bad the demo isn't huge and there are tons of people competing about it.

If you stick to self-serve sources competition will be huge and it's tough to spend a lot.

If you want to scale to mid 5 figure I would look for direct buys or smaller sources fewer people know about or use.

How would I got about looking for direct buys since it's an AU campaign? I assume I would have to buy traffic for all GEOs.

Yep that is true , but you could go after sites that have 80%+ AU traffic.

Also sometimes prices for direct buys are so cheap that you can profit even if you don't monetize other geos ( which I never recommend btw ).

Very true.

I've had placements with only 4-7% Australian traffic where the Aussie leads paid for the entire placement.
