Looking for recommendations on where we can do buys for techy stuff. Tech news, app reviews, cnet, techcrunch etc. Bonus for anywhere we can target OSX users.

I seem to recall SiteScout has a bunch of tech sites amongst its offerings.

Obviously, FB would also be a good choice with appropriate targeting, but I'm guessing you've already thought of that
