I know without cloaking there's practically no chance of direct linking with web traffic on Google, also you need privacy policy, terms etc on you lander, but does this apply to mobile ads also?

I totally disagree with this statement. We internally run as well as have tons of affiliates that run on Google. Not sure where you heard this but please don't poison other peoples minds.
@Smaxor - any tips for running on Google?
Personally I just run my own product stuff over there, but I'd be interested to hear what the state of the art is in google affiliate technique!
