TurboNewbie , a little advice please my new friends lol

Hey guys!!
this is literally my first posting , i'm brand spanking new in this world and any help will be mucho appreciated.
SO , i've gotten a VPS with Beyond Hosting, i'm looking at jumping into the adult sector, and running with exoclick for a traffic source.
I seriously know nothing, have mercy. I still need an affiliate manager , any advice on who to go with if i'm thinking of starting
out in adult?
who and why please , thanks a bunch

F5 Media is a good place to start for adult offers just because you can get support here in STM and from your affiliate manager.

AdSimilis and Convert2Media have a good amount of offers too.

There's going to be some struggles and some learning pains as you go through this business. Hang in there though!

With enough persistence and patience, you'll get there.

Welcome to STM!

Thanks buddy really appreciate it, so i've seen that adult is a tough start, would you recommend pof or facebook to start instead? I'm sitting down today
and i am committed to starting SOMEWHERE lol.

Hey JasperP , i hear F5 doesnt really like to work with newbs? ... my buddy told me this, curious on your take bro.
I can tell i would need a solid manager to guide me.

Adult is definitely getting a big more crowded, but there is still money to be made there. POF is good place to get a handle on marketing concepts and understanding the flow of traffic.

I can't comment on facebook.. haven't used them for awhile so I'm not sure how it is right now.

Where'd you hear the F5 didn't like to work with newbs? I think for all networks, nobody wants to work with people who are not motivated to succeed.

Being a newbie is one of the hardest things to break out of just because of the huge learning curve.

Some newbies will run $10 of traffic, get no results and backlash at networks, traffic sources, forums, etc.

My advice is to get out there and learn as much as you can. Communicate with the forum. Talk to your affiliate managers regularly and really make an effort to embrace the learning process.

Good luck!

If you haven't read the Getting Started Guide, I'd seriously recommend having a read of it - it'll answer a lot of your questions and get you off to a great start.

(Split-Testing and Landing Page sections coming soon!)
