ok... so i'm testing out FB for one of my offers, would love to hear from you facebook vets...
Setup a new campaign.
each ad is using a different precise interest related to my niche.
same ad
same image
same targeting
I've noticed 2 of the interests have given me the all the leads and most of the impressions.
have 20 or so ads, but a $30 daily budget. (set the CPC high to get some action)
not really sure on the next move.
Smart idea to move the ones with the action into their own campaign and raise the daily spend while testing new images in the campaign?
or raise the daily limit for the whole campaign to see what seems promising?
thanks :-)
Just clarifying here: are you running one ad per campaign?
hey dude.
same ad for each precise interest.
but there's like 20 of them in the same campaign.
same ad, same image, different precise interest.
So, basically:
CAMPAIGN 1:
AD1 - Image1 - Interest1
AD1 - Image1 - Interest2
AD1 - Image1 - Interest3
AD1 - Image1 - Interest4
AD1 - Image1 - Interest5
etc?
yes.
but noticed the impression distribution is totally whacked.
some get a lot of ad reach, others dont.
had about 20 in there, 99% of the conversions (opt ins) were from 2 interests.
wondering if its best to put each one in its own campaign.
Yep, that's the joy of Facebook campaigns. It loves to distribute impressions unevenly.
Given you're actually testing different targeting options, I'd recommend doing separate campaigns. Do 4 identical ads in each campaign and you should be golden.
@yourfoothealth - it's all down to this test that Polarbacon did a while ago. Definitely worth reading.
I am not using multiple dupes in the same campaign as I think it is the waste of money & time. instead, I stick to 1 ad per 1 campaign. It is working without any FB shit algorithm to push one 1 ahead.
