Okay guys... I'm hoping someone can help me here.
I haven't been able to get any of my campaigns approved on Exoclick in the entire week. I keep getting the error message that "Product information required."
Last time this happened I submitted a ticket and just had to clarify some info about my hosting. However this time, this is the response I got from support:
"Thank you for contacting ExoClick Customer Services.
Your campaign has been put on hold, as some of the information you have provided does not meet our security requirements and we need to complete the verification of your account.
Please note that the criteria of our security requirements are confidential.
We would like to ask you if there is someone that can vouch for you:
Do you come with a recommendation from other ExoClick clients, or did you meet the ExoClick team on any event?
If yes, please send us the name and contact details (name + email address) and request this person to also send us a reference E-mail at support@exoclick.com.
We forward to receiving your reply.
Thank you for your cooperation.

I'm only using Society Invite for offers (which shouldn't be a problem right?!) and not doing anything weird... I wonder what the issue is here?

For me they ended up wanting a copy of my passport and a $500 deposit even after getting a vouch so it was more hassle trying to get verified with someone vouching than just sending them the $500 & passport.
