Need Help! Monetizing Email List ... (4)

I am looking for some help monetizing one of my e-mail lists with >50k subscribers.

The list is gathered through display, ppv & search traffic. Targeted towards people looking for jobs, careers, education etc. all financially related stuff.

I have just been broadcasting different offers from my affnetworks till now. Also tried a PLR follow-along, didn't turn out any good at all.

So I guess what I am looking for is a "partner program", or some system where I can feed in my lists, and we split the profit x/x% or similar. I don't have time to follow them up by myself, so now the list is just sitting there costing more than what it's making.

Hmm - what non-offer content are you pushing to your list? It might be that you need to build trust with your lists a bit.

Or you might be already doing that, and I may be teaching you to suck eggs here

I have been mailing them general career information. How to get a job, write a resume etc. So the trust should be ok.

My challenge is lack of time, so looking for some kind of system/partnership where offers get emailed out more frequently.

Hmm - have you considered hiring a writer to produce content more frequently? Skilled bloggers are frequently surprisingly cheap to hire - find someone who blogs in that niche, and offer them a small paid gig. They may well leap at the chance!

Then you can just jump in when you have an offer to market, or you can give them a paragraph or so (the old "BLAH recommends" trick) to include in their articles.
