I check some dating offers on Peerfly , big chance they got red light , lets say Edates

Yes, you need (to not risk your account getting the ban hammer) the offers to be green. There's a lot of material in here to get you going.

If you run Red MyWOT offers on Facebook without cloaking, at best they'll get disapproved and at worst you'll probably get an account ban.
It's not necessary to run green-lighted offers for FB, but you need to know how you'll minimise the risks if you don't, before you start running them.
BTW, if you're having trouble finding green-rated offers on your current network, I'd definitely recommend signing up for a few more networks. Just having an account with one network really limits you.
If you are starting out with FB , I would go only with green light ones.
Not worth the risk if you aren't a veteran in cloaking.
