I suppose the payments could be made to personal accounts but for the legality of everything is a business license required?
I'm going to guess this depends on your local laws. However, I'm sure this applies: if you operate on a personal level, you get taxed on regular income and you are liable on a personal level as well.
Which country are you in? That'll determine whether you need a business license or similar.
To personal accounts is fine as long as you pay personal income tax.
Also , depends on the country ,you can't go over a certain amount of revenue if you send to personal account.
I live in China but am Canadian. My CC is from Canada. I still have a Canadian account but I mainly use my Chinese one. So, how would they go about paying me?
I'm afraid I know very little about Chinese business law. I'd recommend having a chat with an accountant to make sure you're in the clear.
Thanks for you input. Many of the ANs have a "Company" section that is required to fill out. Does this mean that they require one to have their own company in order to work with that AN? Certainly, not everyone who does AM owns their own company. I'm working on making a Hong Kong based company but that may take up to 6 weeks. I prefer to get started ASAP. What do you suggest?
Explain that to the network - they should have an "any other information" section or similar, otherwise just phone them. The fact that you're incorporating shows that you're serious, particularly if you can forward them some paperwork to prove it's in process.
