I have a problem setting up a time zone in STM tracker. It currently shows all reports in the server's local time zone instead of time zone I set in "my account". My hosting company told me that it appears to be an issue in the STM tracker itself because the tracker should be displaying my data according to "my account" settings, not the server's local time zone. Is this a bug?
Yeah i noticed this too and changing the time in 'my account' didn't fix it for me either. In day parting the final hour of the day is filled out first (11pm to 12pm), then it'll go from the start (midnight-1am).
Its off by about an hour for me, so it hasn't been a big issue. My other reports seem to be in the right timezone though, I mainly use the group overview but it changes over to the next day at the right time.

What web server and PHP version are you guys on?
Hmm looks more like a server issue.
I tried changing the timezone on my prosper and reports changed.
If you change it on your end , do stats change?
The webserver is cpanel and the php version is 5.4. Stats don't change. My hosting company told me that they can change time zone in php.ini but it isn't the best solution.

You'll probably be best to change the timezone in php.ini for now - that seems to be a reliable fix. Let me know if that doesn't work!
