Campaign #1: Selling My Book On Online Dating (affiliates come at me)
My journey started in January when I quit a horrible job and decided to make money helping people from teaching from my 9 years of being an international dating and lifestyle coach working with thousands of people all over the world to be their most attractive and happy selves and thus have their perfect partners pick them up.
I've spent the last 9 months writing three books, one is finished, the other two I plan to have done by the end of the year.

Internet Mating is a book that explores why online dating is becoming more popular in today's society and how many people are currently using the internet as an easier way to find dates, flings, friends, activity partners, foreign lovers and grand adventures.
This book is full of simple and easy to follow advice to getting started in the online dating world, how to survive, make friends and add the people to your life you've always wanted.
Strategy
Phase 1: FB Ads into New York, starting at a $1 a day and going up by a $1 for the whole month.
Phase 2: Finding 100 blogs/online magazines/facebook pages that would be interested in promoting the book then emailing/FB'ing a template message asking the page/blogger to write a small review for the book or do a podcast/interview with me. Offer them 50% commission and an affiliate website link.

If you want to make online marketing work for you, then here is my 2 cents...
In your introduction post I subtly suggested you should focus. Now, I strongly suggest you should focus. It seems like you want to attack every avenue at the same time.
Focus on promoting one book on one source, think about nothing else until you get it to work. Facebook is a decent place to start, also POF would be another great place (possibly better).
Before you spend a cent I think you should do two things.
1. Improve your sales page. You need to hit more pain points, you need to tell them where they are at, and where they are going to go after they buy your book. This exboyfriendguru.com sales page is great. It converted very easily. I'm sure there are lot more closer relevant products you can get inspired by on Clickbank.
2. Sort out what your hook is. Getting better in online dating is too broad, it's doesn't get anyone excited. I'm talking about the pain point that is going to attract your customers the most, e.g "(1) Reason Why You Can't Get A Date On POF".
Just read your thread and its exactly what one of my good friend does. He's doing it with the make money online and he's killin it. His name is Jon Wedel he's making products, doing JV to sell them, doing FB ads, do webinar, live workshop, one on one coaching and its very profitable. Thanks for finding that checkout bug. Been having problems using lightboxes on people who don't use chrome browsers with a lot of my pages. Going without them for email newsletter capture now.
My other digital affirmation audios website all thanks to a JV with a life coach just made $64.44 over the last few days because my partner did a youtube video with a well followed guy on youtube (1000 subscribers), 8 sales out of 28 visits from that channel in two days, amazing.
