Hello,
I have read dozens of pages about and "cloaking" is referred to so much, but i havent come across a page that tells you how to get a cloaker.
Can someone enlighten me?

Even though this is a private forum built for affiliates, there are a lot of companies who scour here for compliance reasons. For that reason there is no threads about it. Maybe if you ask in the wanted section or ask someone to PM you instead you will get the answer faster. I personally don't use cloaking so I can't be much help.
