Trouble with FB ad image

When creating an ad, my images won't load at all in the preview. Error message says:

(#100) image_url URL is not properly formatted

The only answer I've found online is that this is because the image is too small. But I'm just uploading the usual 110 x 80 px image. This shouldn't be a problem, right?

Does anyone have any idea what else could be wrong?

Probably just a Facebook error. Does it let you create the ad? Does the created ad do the same thing when you try to preview it?

Yes, it lets me create the ad and FB even approved it to go live even though there was no picture in the final ad preview. ARGHH

Are you working in the Power Editor?

If so I've found the same thing. Any images I upload in it appear fine in the image browser but not in the ad. If I go into the standard Advert Manager and upload the image from there it's fine though.

What I've been doing is uploading all my images in the standard interface then loading Power Editor, Downloading and then making my ads. That works. But it's a pain in the arse.

Yeah, that's exactly my problem too. Strange. Probably just a bug.

Anyway, thanks. I'll do as you suggested.

yes, have the same problem. I'll try the manual way instead of power editor.. Thanks guys
