I going to work mostly with PPV traffic for start. Now I have few questions before I start. I just want to make sure that I doing everything on best way.
So, what I plan to do? If offer is harder then email submit then I plan to go with
landing page, if it is not then I won't. Do you think that's smart?
For tracking I plan to use CPV Lab. I plan to host it on Beyond Hosting, which VPS plan do you think it will be enough for start? And should I get linux or windows vps?
I going to use these CPA networks: Clickbooth, Peerfly and Neverblue.
My daily budget will be x4 of offer payout. For example if offer payout is
$10 my daily budget will be $40. Is that enough? What CTR I should target?
Which tools you guys when you look for some good URLs? Only Alexa?
Do anyone know what is actualy size of Lead Impact popup? Some guys say
740 x 410, some 755 x 410, something totaly different. :/

and never take action - I saying that bescause I asked lot of questions and you maybe get that kind of impression about me.
