What is the best day of the week for weight loss (9)
I am promoting weight loss products and I would like to know, if there is also day of the week which is best for conversions, something like "dating offers convert best on weekend, especially Sunday." Is there something like this for weight loss offers? I don't have enough data to find it out (not promoting offers more then month).
Is there some "best day" for weight loss offers?
And what about part of year or other time related parameters? As I know, for weigth loss is best beginning of the year, because people wanna start new year with new personal goals.

Beginning of the year or just before summer (beach season) would be my guesses, but I don't run this vertical so I could be way off.

I'm having most converstions on Mondays and Thursdays. I also keep saying to myself that I'm begining my weight loss program "next Monday"...
Every day except for Thursday and Friday. Especially Friday. Maybe it's because people have already committed themselves to a weekend full of partying so they decide to put off their weight loss until Sunday? Who knows.
Honestly the original question is arbitrary. With Dating people say that weekends are the best, but I've had some REALLY profitable weekdays. It's all subjective and depends on your sales funnel

For me it looks that the best day is Thursday, it's like double then other days. Other days are similar. I have to wait for data, I have just one week, so it might be random peak.
FYI:
On the basis of my tests, there is no such thing like best day of the week for weight loss products.
Mike Geary who sells $12M a year in fitness info product suggests that video sales letters do much better on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays, in other words people don't convert on video sales letters during work (makes sense).
He also suggest targeting large cities and the coasts (US) convert higher. Rural areas in Midwest and the south perform the worst.
Some of this stuff is obvious, but its been proven with millions in ad spend. Hope this helps someone.
When I used to do AM stuff a few years ago I did weight loss for a while via ppc and seo and didn't notice a huge amount of difference overall in diet except saturday was usually a bit slower overall for me. I did notice somemore differences within the vertical depending on what area of dieting the product/site fell into.
Best day of the week probably won't be accurate.
Close to new years though is a proven time!
