I believe yousif is a member here, but my advice after getting burned myself (not by pkm, but a different chicago based network) is to just run with reputable networks and you'll never have an issue (adsim, f5, a4d, etc)

Is the name on your bank account and that registered with PKM exactly the same? Could it be that anti-fraud triggers are flagging you because they are different?

Confusing. Why would an advertiser not track something? Non-permitted geos/devices/etc? If the advertiser screwed up tracking then how were conversions detected in the first place?

We are troubleshooting on why your conversions showed on our end, but not to the advertiser and so you were asked to explain your traffic type to get an understanding of what's going on. Besides this, you have still been paid, and I contacted you because our bank has realized the account # you asked us to send money to isn't matching to your full name on file. Please contact me privately to continue resolving this, but do not make up a payment problem that doesn't exist.

A lead report had been sent already to help locate these conversions that may have been lost in the backend. Not tracking the same usually means we reconfig the pixel to a different type (JS, IMG, iFrame, S2S) etc etc. until we match up the numbers.

His traffic type has nothing to do with it if the conversions are showing on your end.

It's always important to know where the traffic is coming from. We've had cases where PPV traffic wasn't controlled: missing the ability to geo target for example. This could lead to false positives in regards to pixel fires if an advertiser has filters / criteria. The bottom line is, he was paid out and sounds like he's posting on someone else's behalf.

An advertiser won't fire a pixel if it's the wrong geo target. If your pixel fires, you 100% got a valid lead (unless the advertiser has another criteria for valid leads, such as email bounces etc), or if you ghost fired pixels. However, we work with this advertiser and it does not fire unless it meets the criteria, simple as that.
