WOW the stats must be really really bad but what i would suggest is shut down the computer and get some fresh air cus at the end of the day we're all business men and You'll have some up and down days in any business You just need to adapt with it. A lot of pressure from clients if you're operating an offline business and a lot of pressure when your campaigns losing money if you're an aff but trust me I've been through a lot from working in an internet cafe for 50 dollars / month to Making 1 - 5 K / day for the past CPL Years.
GET SOME FRESH AIR TOMORROW CAN BE BETTER!

I used to work 25 hours/day
I used to eat every second day.
I used to collect pennies on street to buy cigarettes
I used to make $xxxx/day
I used to spend $xxxx/night
So trust me, this is very relaxing.

Are those neverblue offers? Me too I'm having the worst day of the month, maybe they are experiencing some delay in the stats or other issues

Just my 2 cents about some of your traffic sources
50onred: they started to bombard their user-base with new kind of ads; other than intext now they'll see bloated search results and huge popups; quality of traffic is worsening week after week
LI: can't resize popup windows anymore, I stopped using them few months ago
Buzzcity: can't block non-converting creatives. I had a 320x50 creative converting well but i had to pay for all clicks from other sizes.

I spend $3k on 50 trying to optimize Instant Checkmate
until the traffic died. Not worth testing it any more.

damn haha that must of felt good splitting it apart, sorry to hear about the rough patches bro. When I have down days I drive to bush roads and thrash my car lol with loud music, or I bust myself in the gym until I'm a weeping mess, usually thats enough to get it all out of your system and back to work mode again ahhaa!

I highly recommend meditation. I practise every morning for between 10-20 minutes.
I know it sounds wolly but sitting in the lotus posture whilst trying to calm your mind is scientifically proven to beat stress, depression, and help you find solutions.
The mind focus is unstoppable.
Jay.

Yeah, gym used to help a lot.
But after minor brain stroke last June
i can't go out much on hot weather, so I'm
waiting for temperature drop.

I usually play video games for this. More
fun than meditation

I though that Saints Row IV would help, but
now I have to wait for GTA V till Sep 17th.

Hey godspeed, there are ups and downs in our business. I understand that after gone through x,xxx/day, you wouldn't bother about small number campaigns anymore. However, trust me, where you fall is where you should get back up. I see that you're running on so many traffic sources, things will get messy really really easy and end up you won't know what you want.
How about just stay focus on something until you make it work, then scale it again like how you did in the past during the x,xxx/days?
I fell from 3xx,xxx/month to xx,xxx/month to x,xxx/month. Everything seems to go against me, I was stress, emo, and I wanted to go back to xxx,xxx/month again. I didn't bother with small number campaigns, I wanted to go big. Ended up I lost $xx,xxx in a month. However, having understand that it's the nature of this business, I started to go back to $xx/day, and slowly scale up from there. Things become so much better when I'm not looking at big numbers anymore.
Right now I'm back on x,xxx/day, looking forward to scale it back to xx,xxx/day again and I believe soon enough I will get back to xxx,xxx/month.
Take it from someone that went from hero to zero, and get back up again!

I know that jumping around is no good for business, but
I was broad testing to find solid traffic source between
networks that i already have money in.
Probably will find something soon

So when it all goes to hell you suggest just getting back to basics. Sounds very much like going on tilt in the poker world.

Yeah, tilt is definitely as much of a risk in AM as it is in poker, in various forms.
So is being MUBsy (Monsters Under the Bed) and "folding" campaigns early rather than letting them run.

Damn.
I haven't yet reached the stage where shredding my computer has been therapeutic. Facebook Ads pushed me close though.

Get yourself one of these:
They're very therapeutic. I haven't gotten mine a Facebook T-shirt to wear whilst I beat the shit out of it yet, but one day I might...

Going to the gym consistently helps mega amounts for me with stress. I almost went on a lot of rampages during the Facebook days. Also jumping in ICE cold lakes smacks any stress right out of you!
