This is my very first thread since I have been here for more than 3 months.I keep reading everything posted here. Time goes fast,I have been thinking to start a follow along, lot of things hold me back.Finally, Here it is:
Resume first:
1. IT background.
2. Got a $70 check in the year 1999 by downloading a tool bar on the desktop, keeping clicking the ads shows on the bar window. PPC is around $0.01 - $0.05 . After 13 years,I'm back.
3. I'm full time job on this from 19th,Aug 2013.(Actually, I'm spending lesser and lesser time on daily job, Boss give me a month off to deal with my own stuffs before getting back, I hope I won't be back there). Starting part time job on this from Feb,2013. (Actually more than 8 hours a day).
4. Stacked with Facebook. The most successful day was $500 spending with $950 revenue after becoming a STMer like 10 days later,reading,implementing,back and forth.I was starting thinking bigger during that sleepless night. All of sudden, The ban hammer came in the morning , $100 spending with $190 revenue. I have been through it every time I got bumped, but this time is final. Couple of emails shoot, I knew I lost it.Since then, 4 FB accounts created with different username,address,creditcards,VCC of BOA, internet providers,laptops,VMs,FB accounts from friends,cellphone numbers, even tried with MarineSoftware.Not working at all. All will be banned sooner or later.Frustrated.However I will be filling a LLC later to take advantage of emplyee debitcards. FB is too huge to be ignored.
5.I have tried POF,AdWords,Sitescout,Airpush since lost FB account, Feeling bad, Still not be able to recover from the bad mood of losting FB account and failure of creating account. I had all faults a Newbie has. Right Now, I have grown up. Maybe a litte bit.
That's it, My family are so supportive even my wife has some concerns on Adult niche,She prefer regular niche,not harmful;My first son,he knows I can buy him LEGOs; And my litte baby son ,10 months old ,I'm on behavior of him to support me.
After reading lots of adult mobi follow alongs here, Time to move forward stacking to Adult Mobi, Otherwise, back to daily job and accept my faith.
( All kinds of suggestions are welcome. due to my poor english, I will be trying my best to make myself clear. This post took me 2 hours to write it down.)

I have started promting adult mobi offer already from 19th Aug. I will try to deliver every single detail of my compains. I'm following Falcon's follow along.http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...ghlight=falcon , very very informative.
GOAL: Breakeven in 2 weeks, Profit in next 2 weeks, $100/day net profit after 4 weeks. Get couple of good offers.
BUDGET: $100-$300/day. Since having experiences with FB,I'm gonna start on this level.
OFFERs:
1. xxxblackbook WAP - MundoMedia $1.85,RevivedMedia $1.6. Country:US.
2. JustHookUp - NeverBlue $3.0. country: US.
3. Playago - RevivedMedia $16. Country: De.
Why go with US and De: US has huge volumes,easy to get tons of data to picture what Adult niche look like compare with FB. De is international adult offer, easier to start up with lower buget and supposed to convert well than US's.

Day1-Day4
Campaign #1: Playaga-Germany-7lp (RM - Adult] [Dirty Teens] ,
Banners: 300x100, GIF and Static.
Lp: I go direct link. couse I have no idea about what style a LP will be for a porn video offer. As what I saw, Nobody use LP for this kind of offer.
Campaign set up: All Mobile Devices,Bid $0.271 ( suggested $0.26 when I started, Now, it droped to $0.1,I'm number 1 bidder). I was targetting only xharmster,but the volume was small,So I changed to accept almost all the mobile sites,set to Max Daily Budget .However I 'm still not getting enough volume there.
Results: As you can see, Volume is small, CTR 0.27%, CR is horrible, Spent 19.47 in 4 days, only 1 conversion out of 192 clicks: revenue $16. ROI -17.8%.

In total 3 campaigns , Spent $36.3, one conversion $16, ROI = -55.9%.
I have not optimized the campsign yet, Volume is too small to work with. I don't wanna come to any conclusion until I can get more volume.

If you haven't been using it already, I heartily recommend some time using the STM Adult Spy to get an idea of what landers people are using and what offers they're running. That's definitely worth doing!
A:Caurmen: Yes,I have been using STM Adult Spy for a while, it's very helpful.That's the reason why I unsubscribed WRW which is not that useful in my case.
Day 5.
I have been trying to drive more traffic to this offer by increasing CPM bid to $0.275 (suggested bid is 0.25) and setting the Frequency Capping to 2. But, As usual, no much improvment, not working. I reached 5% of total impresions only.

Since I don't have much work to do with it, I built up Campaign #4 ,target to US. I use LP I found in STM.
Campaign #4:
offers: XXXblackbook(MundoMedia,RevivedMedai) and BeNaughty(Cupid)
target:US
budget:$100-$300 ( $100 budget were burned in less one hour, raised up to $500 later. burned $333.1 in total 4 hours.
Here is the data of Campaign #4 in total:

Benaughty got around 1000 Clicks, 20 leads, So CR is 2%. Spent $ 55, earned $32, ROI = -41.8%
XXXblackbook got around 5000 clicks, 15 leads, CR is 0.3% . Spent $278,earned $ 24, ROI= -91.3%
I have paused campaign #4, the reasons are:
1.The budget got burned so quick by targeting US
2.I don't see any potential on offer XXXbackbook, 0.3% CR is horrible.
3.I paused BeNaughty, because I just went ahead promote this offer for testing only .I knew the rules, should ask AM first, I did shoot them an email, however I can not wait for their replay,could take couple of days I think. Anyway, I know BeNaughty should be working, -40% ROI is acceptable in the first day for me.
I need Adult Mobi Offer, I'm in NeverBlue,MundoMedia and RevivedMedia. Applied for Adsimilis half month ago, got denied. Was not supposed to be like that. I was not expecting their call at that day after a week's waiting, one lady called in, I heard she was calling from adsmith. what was that I said, So, You know, She hung up with words" wrong number". 10 seconds later, I realized it was adsimilis while I was reading the email titled with Denied from Adsimilis. I just Applied again 10 minutes ago, I will be answering the phone and saying this is me this time whatever adsmith or adsimilis.
I have tons of questions, just can not split them out. Please drop your words on my campaigns, help me dig the silver.

Contact the Adsimilis reps on this forum and let them know you've applied! That's definitely a good plan.
This German offer looks like it could work. I think that you should definitely keep testing it. However, if you want to get more volume, you'll definitely have to bid much higher. You can also test it on other traffic sources. As for the US offer - that's why I don't want to test US offers. It's extremely expensive to test them and it's so easy to get burned quickly.
If you want to find more adult offers for mobile, definitely check KissMyAds, F5Media and Yeahmobi.
Keep testing more and more offers. Your testing a lot of less common offers and thats a good thing, but because of that you'll need to test more and more. Eventually you'll find one that breaks even like the one you have in the green above. Once you find that, then you work on multiple angles and landing pages and test test test!

Thank you , Msm. That German offer is considered to be convertable base on these data,However the volume is way too few to make any further optimization. Like you said,I'm gonna find out how to increase the volume first.

Thank you, you are right, That's exactly what I'm doing. I'm a newbie here in Adult , don't stand a chance to make money on the popular offers i think. That German offer seems convertable, what I need now is the volume, I got pity 116 clicks only today. I have doubled the BID to $0.5 this evening,Hope that would be driving more traffic and would not effect the eCPC.
I checkd the Data, Only reached 1% impressions. There is definitly portential to drive more traffic from exoclick , I just have not cracked it yet.

Day 7.
Submitted a ticket to Exoclick about low traffic, They remind me that I have excluded mobile.xharmster.com and included m.xharmster which would negatively affect my campaign as I am both targeting and excluding the same site. I have revised it and let's see if it's helpful or not.

Day 11:
Timezone of the hasoffer platform, exoclick platform messed all things up.I have to switch between yesterday and today back and forth to check the data for TODAY. such a pain in the ass.
After setting the Pricing Model up to smart CPM, I have a good news and a bad news.
Good one: CPC in US dropped down a bit. just a little bit.
Bad one: CPC in German, way higher up to $0.382, but volume comes,not much , better then it used to be. Because of the payout is $16. I will keep it running.

Doesn't convert.
I replaced to BeNaughty(cupid), converted way better. Since I messed couple of offers together in one campaign by pausing this,adding that. I don't know how much I have spent on BeNaughty. But I feel better while I was watching the conversions came in constantly, not by second, just by every couple of minutes. That cheered me up . I have shoot Cupid a email to ask for quality check, no reply yet. Cupid is currently splitting there business, My assigned AM is no longer take care of this business, She forwarded my email to another AM. So, what should I do, pause BeNaughty or keep it running?
Finding a convertable offer is really hard.

How many networks are you running at present? Might be worth applying to a couple more quality networks to get yourself more options.

I'm in Adsimilis,RevivedMedia,MundoMedia,NeverBlue,Cupid.
I have testted XXXblackbook US,playago DE,JHU US,BeNaughty US, Kulaville-South Africa. I'm trying to not jump over the offers over here and over there. So $1400 budget has been burnned out. Only BeNaughty US was closed to breakeven. I'm still waiting for quality report from Cupid.
I'm not concerning the budget, What am I going to find out is just only one offer with converting well as BeNaughty, with getting paid more or less not like Cupid full of risks ( as a newbie, quality is out of control,even do have chance to improve the quality), with midium volumes in the targeting area. I have to build confidence myself.
Keep testing, That's the only way to find a way out . Back to work. Sean
One quick additional thought - have you asked your AMs at those networks what offers they'd recommend? I'd guess you probably have, but if not, that's definitely something to do - may shorten your search somewhat.
Also, of course, check the STM spy tool to see what offers other affiliates have been running steadily for a while.
Cupid has one of the best US offers around , if the quality is good , with a bump you should be able to profit.
