I am trying to run a Facebook App offer. In 'Connections' setting, I want to fill in the App name on 'Target people who are not connected to'. But whatsoever I write, when I left, it into a blank. I don't know how to fill that. Could you help me? thank you.
To target based on connections to an app or page you need to have admin rights to that app or page, which you most likely don't. You would only be able to do this if you have a direct relationship with the advertiser and they are willing to give you the required permissions.
Also, this would be a breach of privacy in that you, an unrelated 3rd-party, could target people based on their connections to specific apps.
