CPVlab showing visitors even though my LI traffic is paused?

I like watching Visitor Stats in real time occasionally and noticed something weird..just before one of my campaigns was re-activated.. I saw that a slow trickle of visitors had registred throughout the night and right up to now.. CPVLAB support says its gotta be my traffic source (LI)... but Im stumped cuz I know for sure this traffic is paused. Whats weird is that even a a landing page that i havent run in a few weeks is showing up. Im a bit worried somehow my landers have been jacked? None of those visits resulted in any actual clicks registering on the network click report... but as soon as I Activated traffic again (I just did as I was writing this)... I am seeing clicks come in as normal.......so not sure what to think here.

Thanks.. I kind of am worried now....lol.. cuz Im talking close to a hundred impressions! Is there a way to block the spybots? Ive searched the forum and asked around..all Im told is to get a script made. Whats the process , or better yet.. any one selling theirs?? Its really annoying..I wouldnt know where to begin with setting something up to block spybots (ive done the robot index deal). I notice all the IP addresses are different...does that mean they are the IP addresses of all the IM'ers that are clicking on the my landers via the spy tool...or is it the spy tools IP address..by golly theyre all different IP's!

In order to stay on money all spy bots owners should rotate IPs, always fresh... At the moment I don't see any solution to hide the PPV landers, this is basically the same task how to hide banners from competition on adult tubes

If you're not running the landing page at present, just rename it and replace it with something else

Otherwise, it's pretty hard to block bots. You could try getting a script written that looks for suspiciously fast clickthroughs - sub-0.5 sec should do it.

share the ips you're finding hit your landers, we can compile a list and redirect

First check if your pages are indexed in google.

If yes just rename the folder the landers are hosted and you are good to go.

No they arent indexed, I do a meta "ROBOTS" "NOINDEX,NOFOLLOW" so theyre not getting indexed. I guess I could rename the folder which I thought about doing.. but again, wont this just be the same routine you'd have to follow every "x" amount of days.. they aggregate their data daily I would imagine. I do use Noip as well , Im not sure if they have a solution for this, Im waiting for an answer to that. Sounds like Caurmen had a great idea re: 'getting a script written that looks for suspiciously fast clickthroughs - sub-0.5 sec should do it.' I cant be the only one having this little annoyance.. anyone have a script to sell, or know of someone?

Hi Caurmen.. regarding the script that looks for suspiciously fast clickthroughs - sub-0.5 sec...I get the idea behind getting a javascript code in order to detect suspect IP's, but what would we do, redirect them to a fake page? Im just trying to figure out how to word a job description on Elance and explain in detail to a programmer exactly what he needs to create...can you PM (or post) any details on how you would approach this?

Do whatever you want with the fake clicks - redirect them to a fake page, send them a 404, send them to a low-quality sex toy retailer, whatever Just don't let 'em see your lander.

I should stress - this is a theoretical idea and I haven't tested it! So approach with caution and check that it's not dropping your CVR from actual useful traffic when you implement it.

Btw...LI is like that. Even after you've paused the camp it may still send traffic the next day. They will even subtract the cost from your balance.
