I want to help out a banner designer with good photoshop skills and great personality. He makes me banners from time to time, but it's a few hour work. He doesn't have many clients and no other income stream. He can design some new templates, make new sizes based on template, create animiated GIFs, make photoshop effects. He also works with adult content. Really depends on complexity of work, but prices can go down till 0.50 cents per banner.
