Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum but not new in affiliate marketing. I have been doing paid traffic for a year now mainly with PPV. Anyway, I'm currently making average of $500 a day with PPV in profit. I have been stuck at this level for many months now and couldn't go any higher.
Here's what I'm doing right now.
1. Running about 150 offers across different niches on trafficvance
2. The top 5-6 offers make up for 80% of my income. So every time a profitable campaign died, it would take a while for me to find a replacement.
3. Moved my successful campaigns to Leadimpact and Mediatraffic, but never have much success there. Only marginally profitable, so I'm still testing.
4. I'm only bidding on highly related urls to my offers. Each time I tried to bid on broad urls based on demographics, I lose money.
Any tips on how I can take this to the next level? Thanks.
150 offers, at once? That sounds hardly manageable.
Try and get 1, max 2 campaigns profitable, especially if you don't have a team and then with the converting offers, test different angles, find a few winning "themes", such as the "type" of sites that are getting conversions consistently (i.e. survey sites, clothing sites etc..) and then scrape as many as you can get your hands on. Once you have your winning targets, scale to LI first, then look for other sources. LI and TV are the most reliable out there atm.
With LI however, your lander from TV may not work, so try test a few other types. Same targets, different style landing page, keep in mind the different pop-dimensions.
I've had most luck with one of my campaigns in the past where one lander, totally different from my other, converted well on LI, but not on TV, and vice versa with my TV lander.
Good Luck
thanks for the quick response, I really appreciated. Is the LI window 775×400 pixels? Yah, 150 offers is hard to manage, but a lot of them just sit there without much traffic, once a campaign started to convert, then I tried to scale that up. If a campaign started to lose money, then I kill it. By testing different angles, I'm assuming you mean to bid on broad urls. I'm always hesitant to do that because I feel the broad urls are not that target and if I'm generating leads for an offer, the leads that I generated might not be of high quality and ultimately the advertiser will stop me from running it. Is this something to worry about? also, what tracking software are you using?
Test your landers here: http://affexpert.com/tools/popper.php
I use CPVLab
And by Angles, read these two posts:

Thanks for directing over to the 'angles' posts.... I definitely was merely swtiching up titles and text on landers instead of focusing on which angle brokeven first.
