New To Adult
Hello friends
I am a newbie to adults.
I have exoclick, traffic junky and adxpansion activated and ready to go. I have Adsimilis, but I don't see much adult offers in there. So which CPA networks do you think I should sign up with?

Really? Just checked the Dating - Adult category and they have ~60, not including mobile. One of Adsimilis's focuses is international dating so may want to check again.

Thanks Zeno,
Dating is not considered Adult right? I will login to Adsimilis and check again. I am thinking of signing up with another 2 networks so that I can compare the offers and payouts. Which networks do you recommend?

Dating is generally split into mainstream and adult, many mainstream offers will explicitly forbid adult traffic. There are other adult offers as well that are not dating, e.g. cam sites. Am not sure which networks to recommend for the adult space, though you're in good hands with Adsimilis.

You should be OK with Adsimilis, they have pretty much all of the currently popular Adult offers in all different kinds of GEOs.
Be aware that not all offers are categorized correctly, so a couple adult dating offers are in the general "Dating" category. Talk to your AM to get a list of the best performers per GEO and to make sure that an offer is OK with adult traffic.

focus on one country that has huge volume so when you get your angle/ads/traffic right you can do big numbers. When I started I regret not focusing 100% on like france and just sticking with it instead of getting distracted.

I'm not so sure about that... I mean I get the whole scaling potential thing, but I still think that when starting out with little to no experience it is better to focus on learning the ropes, getting the whole process down etc.
With the margins being as low as they are right now, it's way easier to get to your first $XXX/day with 2-3 campaigns in smaller GEOs, use the gained momentum from the first profits and take it from there.
Just my .02 cents

Thanks andyvon,
I will chat with my AM again, but he is not very responsive.
Are they any guides in this forum which I can read and understand how it works.

I think India has the most traffics. Correct me if I am wrong.

Hmm, India has a tonne of volume for sure in most traffic sources simply because the country is huge, but payouts are generally really really low... to the point that a smaller, more affluent geo may be a more sensible choice.

I just checked. Most of the so-called adult offers are under Dating category in Adsimilis. Are there any PURE adult offers (paid membership and cam)?

When you're looking for cam offers and similar you better go to inhouse aff programs like AWE or cams.com aff program.
On CPA networks adult offers are mostly leadgens for dating sites and some CPS offers.
But from your last post it seems you're looking for ref share programs and then CPA is not the way to go.

Thanks twinaxe. I am actually looking for adult offers to promote. I thought it's like CPA offers which the offers are available from CPA networks?
This afternoon I did some research on adults and found some sites with banners. Please view the image below. Please let me know the traffic sources for those banners. Are they Media Buys from Traffic Junky or Exoclicks?

"Ads by Adxpansion" should pretty much give you the answer for the upper screenshot.

The banners in the first image are served through AdXpansion.
On the second image you can't see it.
Just move your mouse over the banner and look at the left bottom of your browserwindow to see where the banner points to.
Or just click the banner and check the redirects.
If the redirects are too fast to see you can use a browser plugin like live http headers for firefox to check the redirects.

Different companies (exo, traffic junky, traffic force and adxpansion) offer different ads services?
What about PPV?

To be honest cpasuperstar, I don't want to sound rude but if I were you I wouldn't deposit any money in any accounts for now.
From your post history it seems you're not only new to adult but new to affiliate marketing in general and you still lack very basic knowledge in many topics.
You open threads about PPC, PPV, Facebook, adult advertising.
From your posts it seems you don't even know what exactly CPA networks and advertising platforms are and how to use them properly.
It seems you also have problems with your tracking.
So before you deposit any money in your accounts I recommend you to better first read all the beginner tutorials here to get at least a solid basic knowledge about all the things.
Then you should think about what kind of advertising you will use instead of jumping from Facebook to PPV to PPC to adult.
Otherwise you will waste your money.
Of course you will learn from mistakes.
But still that should be targeted mistakes that will help you in the end and not just mistakes randomly spread across everything you try.

Thanks for your advice. All the tracking issues have been solved and my wife is focusing on PPV. And I don't want to do the same thing with her.
At first, I thought i wanted to do PPC and I found that it was not for me. So I decided to focus on adult. No worries, I am a mature guy, I won't hop around. I will stick with adult for years. Because I know what works for me.

@cpasuperstar: Exoclick, TrafficJunkie, etc are ad companies offering adult traffic - you pay them and they display your banners.
If you're looking for a solid-gold guide to one of them, I'd recommend http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...inspiration%29

To help you get started, I can also highly recommend the Adult Media Protocol by Tuan Vy.
Very in-depth introduction to the world of Adult, explaining all the lingo etc. and also a lot of helpful more general IM stuff. This should definitely help you answer a lot of questions you might have right now.
Just ignore all the upsells to Adult AdSpy etc, you won't need that
Disclaimer: not associated with adultmediabuying.com in any way, blablabla

@cpasuperstar - ask your affiliate manager at both Adsimilis and CPA Trend what the best-converting offers are right now. That'll get you some solid ones to start.

Most of their offers have low payouts (below $3). Should I run them?

payout doesnt matter really. epc is the metric you should focus on. Ask your affy manager for a list of the network epc's and run the top epc offers.

Definitely. I've made a lot of money off offers with a payout below $3.
