Exoclick conversion pixel not working with Adsimilis?

Hey,

Ever since Adsimilis switched to Cake I have been unable to get the exoclick conversion pixel to work with them.

Just wanted to know if I'm the only one with this problem or anyone here can't get it to work either? I have verified that the pixel fires on adsimilis side and I also know exoclick pixel works. They just don't work together.

My AM has no idea what's wrong, nor anyone else at adsimilis.

UPDATE: I actually figured it out, I had to change the exoclick pixel from an img pixel into an iframe pixel and then it worked for some reason. Might help someone else!

See you already resolved this but just another suggestion. I have noticed Exo's postback is far more reliable than the img pixel.

I would use that instead.

Using the postback seems to work better, although it is a bit more work to get up & running.

I am a tech noob, so how do you change the img pixel to iframe pixel? Can I just add:<iframe> IMGPIXEL </iframe> ?

I have tons of campaigns that I don't want to change the URL (to set up postback) and trigger review again then risk being disapproved this time

To use postbacks you have to change urls since you need to pass the clickid to your tracker and then post it back.
