I just wanted to post a quick heads up for everyone. Yesterday my Facebook Ads account was frozen because of PayPal - they decided to decline the automatic payment to Facebook.
After speaking with PayPal on the phone they told me the payment was refused because of suspected fraudulent activity. Bearing in mind the PayPal/Facebook billing agreement has never been an issue in the past I have no idea what caused them to refuse this particular payment from my account.
All I know is that I lost over 24 hours of advertising until the issue was properly resolved (looks like I was one of the lucky ones, from reading Facebook's discussion area it looks like lots of other people have had a similar issue that has dragged on for weeks).
Apologies if anything similar has been posted - but take my advice and ensure you have a few decent backup funding sources, or just remove PayPal altogether if you don't want downtime on your ads!
