Hey poulope972,
I love working with clients that have half the picture and can do their own onsite optimization. Part of the quote is seeing how optimized and where you currently stand for your keyword, but sure you can PM me and we can talk about it. Another factor is how fresh the page/site is so it may be good to act sooner than later.
Cheers,
Lior

I've spent average 25k euros monthly on SEO until the beginning of this year for around 2 years before dropping out due to a combination of google changes and issues in my country of residence and the niche I was in. There are some companies that offer such services, but how do you handle the following:
1) How do you 'define' rank? Pushing shit to top10 for most keywords can be done with rather lower budgets compared to 'regular' sep budgets, think spam stuff that's custom coded. But most of the time it won't stick / you'll get reported by competition. What if you achieve top5 rankings for just a week? How do you handle settlement in that case? Any guarantee for results to stick for a certain period of time?
2) Do you rely on private networks, such as sape?
3) Do you provide FULL reports of ALL work done ?
4) Your forms says 'keyword' not keywords. Times of 'keyword' are over for around 1.5 - 2 years. How do you settle for rankings that include longtails or is settlement based purely on the main keyword?
5) One time or monthly payment after ranking?
6) What kind of keyword density do you aim for (for the main KW)?
7) Are you going to point links like GSA / Sick Submitter to the money site? Talking about spun content etc..
I'm working on 3 seo projects currently and might be interested, although I must admit I'm yet to find a provider that had success with that business model, especially past the most recent 3 big algo updates over the year. Would be great if you could give me some answers to the questions posted above, either via reply or PM

Wooow easy there friend. I wish I charged nearly as much as that haha.
1) I define rank by searching for your term using an incognito window and seeing where you stand in Google only on the
last day of each month. I don't have a guarantee but I do require a minimum monthly contract, so you can bet your ass that I am going to want your rankings to stick for as long as possible (if not, you don't pay for that month).
2) No idea what sape is but depending on the level of difficulty I may or may use a private network. I prefer single high PR sites. If the client does not want to go this route at all I will respect that
3) I can if you'd like. It will be very basic.
4) Not sure I understand your question. Each contract is based around ONE URL and ONE keyword. I rank that page/URL for that keyword and that's it.
5) You pay on the last day of the month based on the rankings of that day. If you aren't ranking, you don't pay.
6) Haha I don't touch any keywords or do any onsite SEO unless you allow me to. In that case I would only put your keyword twice throughout the page. I don't believe in densities.
7) No spun content unless you specifically request this.
To be honest I am just starting this model to see how it goes. So far I have one client ranked #2 for his main keyword after 3 weeks of starting. The big updates separated spammers from big rollers who know where to spend money. I hope I clarified your questions and feel free to PM me at any time!

@lior146 ... As you know, the wrong SEO strategies can seriously harm domains/sites. Do you share what you'll be doing with clients in order to get the rankings? You mentioned you can provide monthly reports of what's done but "It will be very basic" ... would be great if you can share a bit more about this.

That's enough to judge. No idea what he's doing. Stay away folks, seems he isn't active no more, but basically for those who don't know about SEO: sape is like the most discussed, russian, spam 'private' network which is spread across ALL seo forums until the most recent google updates. Basically there been around 2 updates just for this sape network alone. It's like not knowing what email submits are but running an affiliate network...
If you go with his services, prepare to be disappointed.
