step 1: take 5-10 minutes and grab different looking images of men.
step 2: test them on FB.
No one is going to out their creatives and there's no honest answer other than above. Put in the hard work and reap the results. No one's gonna give away the entire game here, why would they?

Check the POF spy tool, too - look for images that have been running for 15 days or more targeting women. That'll give you an idea what works!
Remember, different images work for different age ranges.
Surely it also depends what market you're in?
The OP doesn't mention they're in the dating niche.

@einspeare - Fair point! Although the POF spy doesn't just show dating ads, those will be the vast majority.
For other stuff, Facebook ad spying tools like Social Ad Ninja, Lots Of Ads etc are also good ways to figure out what images might work, although you have to pay for them.
