Recently my AM asks me to run some low payout offers, but I just can't make it work.
I setup a campaign for an offer called MYLIFE and the payout is $2.25 per lead. Please see this printscreen.

I have been running this campaign for 3 days without any conversion. Do you think it's worth running it?
You're direct linking, right?
No conversions after 5x payout isn't a good sign, but it might be worth giving it a quick try with a landing page to see if that gets you any conversions.
However, I'd probably recommend trying other offers.
Is MyLife the type of offer that would work well direct linked via PPV? PPV is an advertising format that interrupts users and you need to snatch their attention in half a second to get them to do something. Direct linking can bomb if the offer page is bad at this (and possibly slower at loading compared to your own lander).
MyLife is a solid offer, but since you are running it on PPV you either need to direct link using super targetted keywords. Or use a lander like Zeno mentioned to catch peoples attention.
What category would you say your targets are focused around?
