It's a fairly small country. Thats the issue.
I havn't run much swiss traffic, so i don't have any gems but do this (which i mentioned in another thread as well). Go to itunes Switzerland and find some of the top games that are more popular in swiss then other countries, then find what ad companies they use. Switzerland probably has a few ad companies that specialize in swiss traffic. Your other big bet is going with the main companies that global games like candy crush use.

While we are on the topic, what language do you guys use for CH campaigns? The main language is German (65.5 %), but there is also a considerable amount of French and Italian regions.
Switching based on GEO targets seems a bit overkill for such a small demo, but definitely something to take into consideration...

Depends on the lp of the offer sometimes it's German sometimes French, I'll go the extra mile and add language redirect for the different languages.
The problem is at the traffic source, some of them have target to the mobile language of the user (LeadBolt).

I'd stick to the language the offer page is in. Pretty much the more south you go in Switzerland the more Italian / French you got. While in for example Zurich everybody understands German, I've been to Geneva and it's easier to talk English than German there - at least that was my experience.

They use a mix of ad networks. It was revealed in an article that they make $2million'ish a day from In App Purchases, and $3.5+/million a day from advertising revenue!

Seems that they recently dropped in-game advertising.

God damn I should quit academia/AM and just hermit at home making game apps. Would have enough money to pay someone else to have a life for me.

How do you tell which ad companies they are using? I've been trying to find out which ad companies a few iPhone apps use with no luck.

Use Charles Web Debugging Proxy on your pc and tunnel all traffic on your iphone to that proxy IP.
Start browsing apps on your iPhone and clicks some ads, their adservers link will show up on Charles.
There is a lot of info on how to set it up on google.
You can also use VPN on your iPhone to view ads outside your country, didn't work on apps for me but Safari works.

And if you don't like the Charles interface or nag screen (because of the trial) you can use Fiddler:
