I'm sure this is a easy question to answer.
On trafficvance I am using the just the root url only for
my campains.
like getsuperwhiteteethwithnomoney.com (Just make that up)
but should I also be bidding on inside pages as well like
getsuperwhiteteethwithnomoney.com/discount.htm
or since I'm just on the root url will it pop on any page on that
domain?

So that is why when I scrape urls and then remove everything but the root url
I'm not getting that much traffic. Even when the alexa ranking is super low.
What it the best way to find these inside pages to bid on?
I use site explorer on Yahoo...its free and simple to use
Or you can use Affexpert's domain extractor that has a few more bells and whistles and doesn't need to copy/paste every url.

do you start with only the root url or a few domains with lots of inside pages?
