Very premium, if you got GEO problems stackers just use a mobile tracker for your campaigns and redirect based on rules of country very easy

if the traffic is not geo targeted , doesn't that mean you have to have an offer for every single country to make that traffic work?

Most of the traffic will be probably be US, CA, UK, AU, and for the countries you don't have offers for you send them to something to try to monetize them like a cam offer or something.

Given redtube is #38 in Germany and #47 in Brazil, I'd include offers for those countries for sure. Actually with the data being available by Alexa, it looks well spread over several countries with Germany/Brazil/India/Japan being behind the US so the typical 'focus on US/UK/CA/AU' won't work at all here I'm afraid.

is it possible to get a the average traffic break down by country before buying the traffic? or do i need to test it out first to find out where u get most traffic from?

the CPMs for RON looks dirt cheap, but might not be a good idea because i've heard ppl getting kicked off the offer
