They are 2 types of ads in TV right? Text Link and Display? Can I create a campaign and have both Text Link and Display together?
Yes, you can use both in one campaign.

Although its been quite some time since I ran there, the difference between LI and TV is TV is much more professional and cleaner serving. LI people got away with making tonnes of money cloaking resizing windows, entry/exit pops etc you name it, but TV is a whole lot stricter and smarter and almost impossible to get another account once you're down the first one.
I always found dating, finance/credit, gaming and insurance to be the best for TV, but they're super competitive terms to bid on, its probably even gotten worse haha since I've been on. Always make use of the URL/KW reports you can get off your manager with traffic volumes and all that jazz
