Adfonic takes a week to approve ads. Anyone have a Rep on Skype?

The first campaign I started with them (100% compliant) took a week and a half to get approved. It took 4 emails for them to finally approve it.

Now I'm on my 3rd campaign (click to call) and they're telling me there's an error with my landing page.

It's a click-to-call campaign.. So there is no landing page. It's been nearly 3 days and they haven't responded to my emails, nor approved the campaign.

Does anyone have the Skype address of one of their Reps? I've tried calling their offices in NY and UK but the numbers aren't working. -_-

Thanks.

They're a joke. Dont respond to queries from paying customers. With that sort of service they will miss potential big spenders.

Hmmm, I submitted a support ticket about a week ago with an account-related question, haven't had any response which is a tad unprofessional. Guess it's not unusual then.

Adfonic has been going down lately in any kind of customer service.

They are abandoning the self-serve. Its too much of a pain for them to deal with and there's been affiliates cloaking adult offers which really hurt them since they have a large % of agencies that run with them.

They have a new platform but its for "agencies only".

Looking at their RTB am I bidding against me if I already advertise with some of those sources?
Do they have their own inventory? or they just broker the traffic from larger networks?
