Facebook Is Asking If I'm Using A Proxy. What Do I Tell Them?

I just got this:

Access Restricted (Bad IP)
You are trying to access Facebook from an IP (Internet Protocol) address that's associated with a misconfigured ISP (Internet Service Provider) or abusive behavior.

They want to know if I'm using a proxy. What do I tell them so they will restore the acct?

Never had this before.

I would bullshit them and say that I was accessing through a proxy to get round a work block filter.

This shouldn't be a problem. I'm on a proxy right now, because sometimes STM doesn't load for me because of network problems. Also do you ever use proxies for viewing ads in other countries?
