As soon as you upload a banner they auto-reduce it to 120*20 & 168*28 and send you a ton of useless traffic for the offer I'm testing
Can you create a campaign for one and only one creative's size?
There is no way from the interface, hit your rep to to remove extra sizes.

For BC, the traffic volume is so big, as per the quality, XXX as you know. We have tested many campaigns but failed. You could test Inmobi, senddroid, Sitescout and Adwords.
They automatically take your banner and re size it, no way around it i don't think. The only option which i haven't thoroughly tested is excluding handsets that have that size banner (would be a lot of work though).
