Is there any advantage/disadvantage between the networks for these sites?

yep, exos placements seem to suck in comparison to TJ's they're definitely not the same

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I tried copying a successful campaign over, I've been able to get cheaper CPCs, but the conversion rates really suck.

If you have the possibility to run with the ad network owned by the same owner the sites are or an external provider, who'd you chose? Likely TJ then

TJ for sure , most probably they sell late impression or unsold ones to EXO.
