Regarding leadbolt & cat_id, anyone know the correct syntax for passing that? is it a c2 value, or do i add &catid=?

You can pass it anywhere you want in c1-c12 variables.

&subid=[CAMP_ID]&subid2=[CLK_ID]&subid3=[DEVICE_ID]&subid4=[AD_ID]&subid5=[CAT_ID]
