When doing media buys how many banner impressions for a particular website are needed to have statistical significance?

This is the statistical significance calculator I tend to use. If you set clicks on your banners as the Numerator and views as the Denominator, it'll give you a statistical range for your CTR for a given confidence value - I tend to use comparatively low confidence values for banners, around 80 or so, but you may want to use higher ones.
