Saw this on revived media. Anyone know about what it means? Couldn't reach ruck..

WML stands for Wireless Markup Language, there are devices that only support WML and no HTML

Yeah, only older feature phones fall under that category. I'm not a mobile expert by any means, but a quick Google search lead to numbers < 5 % of all active phones.

Again, you need your AM here. An advertiser would have to have a screw loose to make an offer that can only work on old feature phones.
