I am getting back into CPA and doing local in the romanian market is one of my choices(I just started a thread here about this: http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...paying-markets).
I am a member in several networks and I could not find any offers so far(apart some generic english health ones). I see several ads run constantly, mainly for health rebills and fakenews bizopp.
Where can I find romanian offers?
If anyone has experience running offers for Eastern Europe please let me know how it goes for you.

According to wikipedia English is spoken by 5-6 million Romanians.
I would start to test the waters with international offers like Downloads/Toolbars for example
