Sitescout reporting for mobile is not reliable ?

I made what it's supposed to be a high CTR creative (2,86% CTR) and i got 88 clicks in the first 3000 impressions, then i paused the campaign because i saw the clicks in Neverblue stats but only 4 in Sitescout.

More than 24h are passed since i put offline that campaign in Sitescout, but i still see only 4 clicks.

Anyone have any idea what could be going on?

You might want to PM Dr Sitescout on these forums - he's a rep for Sitescout and may be able to help you figure out what's going on.

I've never had any issues with SiteScout and almost see 0% clickloss.

Its probably your date ranges in the reporting. On the dashboard it does not always update automatically when the default is set to "today"

So did it even out later?

@Caurmen
thank you I'll try here or I'll open a ticket with their support

@Deondup
I've tried with different time range (today - last 7 days - custom) but the spend and the impressions update regularly every time i press "refresh", except for the number of clicks

@Besmir
I've duplicated the campaign just in case there were a problem with that item, but the issue is taking place with this new campaign also.
I read 116 clicks so far in the offer stats, but only 3 are listed in the Sitescout dashboard
Neverblue also triggered the first conversion, and i see it in Sitescout ahahah EPC is on the roof right now

Yeah I agree SiteScout surprisingly is the most reliable when it comes to clicks matching up even on mobile. There must be user error that caused this.
