How To Raise FB Account Spend - Best Idea For My Situation?

Hi Guys..

I wondered if anyone could give me a bit advice, hopefully from their experience!..

I have a FB ad account which is aged. A couple of years back I opened it under my business name, to buy likes to my business fan page.. I ran this for a couple of months and my spend level was upped to $250..

This last few months I have been running dating offers.

Nothing adult, nothing hookup, only general matchmaking stuff, linked from a professional looking landing page I had designed.

I do not cloak, and have never done any bait and switch.

Basically, I link to my own domain, where my lander is, and link out from that to general dating offers. If the campaign doesn't work out, I delete and try another.

I've found a few campaigns which are doing ok now.. But obviously I'd love to scale slightly from here, and still allow myself daily budget to test new angles..

Which would be the best way to get an account spend raise?

To just request a raise via their contact form?

or hit the spend level 3 days in a row?

Would they actually give me one, if 80% of what they see in my account is dating now? Or will they ban the account on review? (does that only apply to cloaking etc?)

----

Thanks.. and sorry if the questions have been covered on STM, I did do a quick search, but couldn't find an exact same query.. I'm new to running offers on FB, but have been in AM for a decent while (in general)..

They could ban you, it's a gamble. Is it worth it? Just make more accounts, it will work out better in the end anyway... If you have 3 accounts that are active, running at $200 a day each, you're set - for now.

Is that from experience, or guessing??..

TIA..

I was running dating and did ok on 2 bans resulting from budget increase. The second took a week and them telling me "permanent decision", they still unbanned me but I lost so much time with my advertising account I decided to stay under the next limit. so... its a gamble.

How did you get the increase? by hitting the limits or requesting it?
