Prosper202 mega slow to load (3)
Hey, does anyone know how to speed up your prosper202 installation?
Just recently it's starting to get mega slow to analyse stats, taking forever to load.
I'm not techie in any way and don't want to mess up my installation. I read this post on how I can archive old data to speed it up - http://www.pjkdirect.com/2011/03/speeding-up-prosper202
Anyone tried this? I noticed the post is 2 years old, so I'm not 100% confident in implementing it.

also if your DB is getting too big (1-2 GB) the prosper backend starts to slow down. solution: backup your DB is you want to use the data in the future and "delete all click data" in the p202 "administration" tab

That looks pretty technical. I'd give it a shot if that tracking domain wasn't so critical. If I follow the link I provided in my initial post will that only help with increasing login speed? Because that's all I need for the minute (although it would make sense to implement the other stuff too).
