What do you think of Engage Self-serve RTB ?
I'm trying to promote some international (clean, not adult) dating offers but Sitescout does not allow this kind of websites.
I also have the feeling that even if they allowed these offers, I could place my banners only on crappy publishers, while good quality publishers simply would block my creatives.
You will find that the rules on most RTB platforms are the same. The vast majority of publsihers that sell inventory on RTB mediate so you probably won't get wildly different inventory when you go from SiteScout to First Impression.
If you keep your creatives to "head shots" you stand the best chance but even so, you will probably not get traffic from premium pubs.
