I'm looking for the best European based web host (that isn't in any way situated in North America).
I don't care about pricing at all, I'm willing to pay whatever the monthly cost is for a dedicated server. It should have great customer service, be reliable, and be extremely fast.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
Hetzner servers are worth a look :-)
Hetzner (ludicrously cheap dedicated servers) and Bytemark (excellent, well-optimised cloud servers with SSD storage) would be my personal recommendations.
