Outsourcing Adult Banner Ad creation (7)
Hey Guys,
Anyone know of a good source to outsource banner ad creation for adult?
I tried odesk and elancer and my project keeps getting removed for "Adult content"
Would appreciate any good places where i can get outsourcers....

Fiverr, craigslist, or just don't mention adult content on Elance or oDesk and then prescreen applicants by asking them if they are comfortable with adult content. Have them send all banners through email or Skype.

Whatever you do, make sure you tell the designer what makes a good banner compared to a bad one. Usually designers want to make you something beautiful, which typically makes your bottom line look ugly.
The best designer for a job like this would be a cheap as freelancer who knows only the BASICS of photoshop, like Lorenzo said haha what makes a good banner in adult is sketchy as nitty gritty piece of crap 
I have no problem looking for contractors in elance and odesk for adult banner designers. What did you mention in your job headline?
You can usually get some good work done out of the WickedFire Buy/Sell forums, the main plus point being that the workers tend to understand - even basing their careers around - exactly what an affiliate looks for.
That's the only reason I'd go to WF though. Shiver me timbers.
