Anyone have a good rule of thumb for when a particular demo gets saturated? My demo size is about 1M.
The reason I ask has to do with justifying investing in a higher spend account to make more $/day. Another variable worth considering are the amount of competition. I know there are others running similar campaigns against similar targeting.
So potential reach 1M, keeping my eye on campaign reach, at point do you normally start seeing performance dip?
I would like to know opinions of masters here too...Personally I have been running exact same campaign on 3M demo from two months right now and consistently spending mid $XXX a day. But past week or so campaign has taken a dip.
Having said that there are people in my skype list who are running campaigns from 3-4 months with a mere demo of 300-400k.
i was lucky enough i didnt foolishly buy a 5k account and put it in a 1m demo, as i ran it for about 2 weeks with multiple small acounts with 200%roi . I eventually reached 500k of the 1m demo and totally saturated the reach within 10 days. With 10+ freq. After that cpc's went up the roof, and ended up burning through by image/adcopy... I wouldnt recommend any higher than a 1k account.
from x,xxx i also took a huge dip to xxx because of competitors, high cpc's
